Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted chickpeas
- 1 medium-sized onion, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium-sized tomato, cut into small pieces
- 1 finely chopped green chili (optional) or according to taste
- 1 tbsp mustard oil, or olive oil (if the aroma of mustard oil is too strong and alien to you)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves
- ½ lemon, juiced
- To taste salt

Method
- In a bowl, mix roasted chickpeas with the chopped vegetables, the cilantro leaves, and oil. Add salt according to taste.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix it well.
- Have it as a snack or a side to your green tea. Enjoy!

Comments: Roasted chickpeas due to their high protein content and dry nature help in balancing an aggravated Kapha while giving fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and vitamin B6. They are perfect snacks to curb cravings. In many cases, a handful is enough.
